Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and when you get your money back. It applies to every purchase made on emagi.ai.

1. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, in two ways:

• In your account: Dashboard → your agent → Shut down (one click).
• By writing to support@emagi.ai from the email address on the account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Your agent keeps working until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

• Duplicate or accidental charge: refunded in full.
• Service not delivered: if through our own fault the agent was unavailable for a prolonged period, write to us — we will agree a fair solution individually.
• Unused part of a cancelled month: not refunded, because the agent stays available to you until the end of the paid period.

3. How refunds are paid

An approved refund is returned to the same card or account used for payment. We do not charge any fee for a refund. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank.

4. How to request a refund

Write to support@emagi.ai with the email on your account, the approximate date and amount of the payment, and a short reason. We review every request and tell you the decision.

5. If you disagree with our decision

Write to us first — most cases are resolved directly and faster than through a bank dispute. If we cannot agree, you keep all rights available under Georgian consumer law.
