Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data IE Mykola Kolomyts (trading as EmAGI) collects when you use emagi.ai, why, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and — if you provide it — phone and company name.
• Payment data: we do not store card numbers. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and processed by them. We receive only the result of the transaction, the last four digits and the card type.
• Service data: the content your agent works with — messages, documents and tasks you give it. This is stored so the agent remembers your projects.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of access. Used for security and diagnostics.

2. Why we use it

To provide the service, to bill you, to answer your questions, to keep the platform secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use your content to train public AI models.

We process this data to perform our agreement with you, to comply with the law, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the platform running and secure.

3. Who else sees it

Only the providers needed to run the service: AI model providers (for processing your agent's requests), our hosting provider, and the payment provider (for the transaction). Some of them operate outside Georgia, including in the European Economic Area and the United States; we choose providers that apply recognised contractual safeguards for such transfers. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

4. How long we keep it

Account and billing records: as long as required by Georgian tax law. Agent memory: while your subscription is active, and for a period after cancellation so the work can be resumed or exported. Write to us and we will delete it on request.

5. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and each agent runs in an isolated environment. We apply technical and organisational measures that are reasonable for a service of this size. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop processing it. Write to support@emagi.ai — we will process your request. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We currently use only the cookies necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in and remembering your language. If we start using analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this page.
